Hello Dog Crate Central,

Our crates arrived about 12 days ago and they are beautiful! Because I could pick the stain color, they look great with my existing furniture in my bedroom. We were able to assemble them easily. They are more enclosed than the wire crates we were using, so it took the dogs a minute to get used to them, but they are comfortable in them already.

The bedding I had works perfectly in the crates, so I am not interested in getting new pillows at this time, but I wanted to let you know that they were well worth the wait!

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Dog Crate Central again in the future.

Today, my dog Santa and I received one of the nicest surprises I have ever had. Basically, my dog, Santa is growing up. When I first brought Santa home he weighed 3.3 lbs. and was so small. At present he has outgrown the black wire crate which he was comfortable in for so long. Not to mention it looked so much like a prison than home. Since Santa has changed my life in ways unimaginable, I wanted his new dwelling to be a lot nicer if possible. YOU ALL MADE THIS HAPPEN!!! I discovered on line, since there was nothing available locally, a handsome blue crate which would be perfect with a nice soft bed in it. Looking further there were so many sizes and colors, what would fit? Leaving my number I doubted any company would return my call. I ordered the crate continuing to wonder about a bed and having to assemble the crate myself. With cerebral palsy, people cannot imagine what it is like accomplishing some tasks. A short while later a very nice person called me back and heard my concerns. She helped get an attractive pad which compliments the color of Santa"s bed and, talking to the people shipping the crate. Words can never express what a thrill it was receiving the crate, assembled with pad inside!!! GOD bless each and every person working there for who they are, the way they care and listen to go out if their way helping and satisfying their customers. I will always remember you opening boxes and, looking at Santa"place. Which will never have to be changed. This is the kind of company/ business people should want to give their business to and are not afraid to do business with either. Santa loves his new home and takes all of his toys in there when he goes.

I ordered my oak crates through Dog Crate Central earlier this spring. Unfortunately, for me, as well as Dog Crate Central, their old supplier was having a number of problems. After about 8 or 9 weeks, (expected delivery was 6-8 weeks) I inquired about the status. Marcia, at Dog Crate Central got on my inquiry right away. Marcia apparently jumped the supplier, because I had a reply from the supplier in about a day. Long story short, the crates did finally arrive about 10-12 weeks after order. NOT Marcia’s fault.

The supplier was to provide nameplates for the crates…alas no plates. Marcia went above and beyond and ordered the nameplates from another supplier and sent them to me gratis. She has been “Marcia on the spot” when it has come to any customer service demand.

As you can see from the 6 pictures (directly below), the wood dog crate end tables look great and their dual functionality as a crate and end table are wonderful. The finish and composition of the crates are what I expected. I did purchase 2 glass tops from my local glass store to protect the finish, inasmuch as these are end tables in my game room. I would recommend the glass be purchased locally to avoid shipping problems.

Marcia tells me she has a new supplier for the wood crates. Looking at her website, these crates appear nearly identical to the ones I ordered through her, from her previous supplier. My only suggestion would be that maybe, just maybe, the crates could have been ordered a size smaller for my Brittanys. I ordered the large, based upon the ordering suggestions…35+ pounds. The brits will only top out at 35 lbs and height-wise will only be 19 inches high at the shoulder so I think the medium crate might have worked Of course, when my ever-loving wife does get mad at me there is enough room in the crate for me and the dogs!

The crates were an appeasement to my ever-loving wife to allow me to add the second Brittany to the family….we now have 2 brits and a cocker…anybody want a old cranky cocker?

I would recommend Marcia and Dog Crate Central wholeheartedly.
