OUR RETURN POLICY
Money Back Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  Shipping charges for UPS, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and United States Postal Service are not refundable.  Items displaying wear are not eligible for a refund.
 
• You MUST contact us for a Return Authorization--Call us toll-free at 877-386-4102 or e-mail us at support@dogcratecentral.com with returns in the subject line.
No Refunds will be given without a Return Authorization Number!
• Returns need to be requested within 30 days of invoice date.
• Initial outbound and return shipping charges are NOT refundable.
• In the event your purchase order initially shipped with free or discounted shipping, our outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
• Returns must be new and unused condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging.
• Returns must include all components of the original manufacturer’s package.
• Returns must include the original invoice so we can properly and quickly refund your money.
• Re-pack your return (in the original carton and/or packaging) and send it to the proper address we provide you.
• For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured.
• Please note whether the product packaging was opened and/or the product was used.
 
Upon receipt of the merchandise, in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card.
 
DAMAGED OR BROKEN MERCHANDISE (If your item is broken or damaged upon arrival, disregard anything above this section--none of the above pertains to you)
 
IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES AND THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED:
 
Take pictures before opening to prove to the shipping company that the damage occurred during shipment.
 
If the packaging showed no signs of wear or being dropped, and the merchandise inside is cracked or broken; take pictures.  Then immediately call us @ 877-386-4102.  We will help you get the problem rectified ASAP.  DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING—YOU WILL NEED THE PACKAGING TO RETURN THE ITEM IN.  We understand that it can be extremely difficult to remove the merchandise without tearing the packaging.  Just do your best not to mutilate the packaging when opening it.  Don’t worry if you ripped the packaging or packing materials when opening, just tape the packaging back together as best as you can and get it ready for shipping.  Be careful to package in such a way that no further damage will occur during return shipment.   If you do not properly protect the item for return shipment, and further damage occurs, it could affect your refund.  So, please take proper care when repackaging your item as if your refund depends upon it.  NEVER discard the packaging until you have inspected your merchandise and found that it is free from damage or defects.
 
If you are home when the package arrives and the packaging looks really beat up and part of the merchandise is exposed and looks damaged; you have the right to refuse the package.  You can even ask the delivery person to stay and wittness the condition of the merchandise when you open it.  If it is damaged when it arrives, call the shipping company and give them your tracking number.  The shipping company will take care of picking it up and getting it returned properly so you can promptly get your replacement or your refund whichever the case may be.  If you throw away the packaging then call us to tell us that the item is broken we will be unable to provide you with packaging to return it to the manufacturer.  You will be responsible for getting it back to the manufacturer yourself and the return shipping costs will then be your responsibility.   SO, PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SURE IT IS ACCEPTABLE CONDITION.
 
If you have the product delivered to an address besides its final destination, please inspect it before transporting. Once you have accepted delivery then move or transport it to another location without carefully inspecting it, the shipping company will not take the blame if the contents are found to be broken or damaged.  If that happens, DogCrate Central cannot and will not take the blame or responsibility.
