Below is a brief overview of Electronic Fence Systems, Bark Control Collars/No Bark Collars and Electronic Training Systems.
Electronic dog training collars are a very quick and effective way to train your dog. Training collars can be used to teach basic obedience, advanced training, and sport dog training. Dog Crate Central offers products from top manufacturers such as Innotek, PetSafe and SporDOG.
Electronic Remote Dog Training Systems consist of two main components: a receiver that is attached to an all-weather collar and a hand-held remote control transmitter that sends signals to the receiver. Electronic dog training systems are designed to quickly rid your dog of unwanted behavior such as digging in the yard, chewing on furniture and personal belongings, and jumping up on your family and friends.
These remote trainers are designed to help dog owners deter unwanted behaviors from a distance. They can be used to control any misbehavior that you see your dog exhibiting by using the transmitter to send a clear signal to the receiver worn by your dog.
Electronic collars also called dog shock collars-are totally harmless to your pet. The dog will find the correction unpleasant. Electronic training Collars emit a static shock that is no different than walking on your carpet and touching the light switch or other object. The level of correction on dog training collars and anti bark collars can also be adjusted on the remote or collar by the user.
Electronic training collars have been on the market for over thirty years. Because the first electronic training collars were only able to deliver one level of stimulation to the dog being trained, they where appropriately nicknamed “shock collars”.
Recognizing the immense need for improvement in the first generation of electronic collars, manufacturers worked to refine their electronic training aids. It was recognizing that need for change that brought about a new generation of electronic trainers that allowed the dog owner/trainer to vary the level of intensity from the hand-held transmitter. The owner/trainer could now select from one of three levels of intensity from high, medium and low. This design still had its shortcomings. The dog owner/trainer still only had 3 levels of stimulation to choose from and the lowest level of stimulation was typically not enough for simple corrections.
While the second generation of electronic collars was a great advancement in training collars, this technology was eventually replaced in the last decade by collars that gave the trainer the ability to select multiple levels of intensity from the transmitter. This single advancement combined with consumer education has done more for the widespread acceptance of the electronic collar than any other advancement in the collar’s history.

• Containment System Collars: These dog collars receive a signal from a boundary wire to keep your dog safe at home and contained to the area you determine.
In-ground and wireless fence systems work by sending a radio signal from the transmitter through the boundary wire. The boundary wire is buried or attached to an existing fence to enclose the "Safe Area" for your dog. When your dog approaches the "Warning Zone" of the fence, the electronic receiver collar gives a warning beep. If your dog continues into the "Static Correction Zone", a mild and safe static correction will be delivered to get his attention until he returns to the "Safe Area".
Installation is easy. The wire boundary of your dog fence can be installed in virtually any configuration for your yard. The wire for your dog fence can be installed underground or above ground with the use of Sod Staples. You choose the installation for your inground dog fence that is best for you and your dog.
Excessive dog barking can cause a real strain on the pet/owner relationship, and cause countless neighborhood squabbles. Dogs vary in size and temperament, and all barks are not created equal. Bark collars effectively reduce unwanted and annoying barking.
